At Five Senses , are aware that shipping times can sometimes be longer then usual, this unfortunately depends on the courier/delivery services. We will ship all orders as top priority as usual.
We are currently patterning up with Sendle and Australia Post to deliver all orders and email tracking will be included with every order. If you have a P.O.BOX you are more then welcome to reach out to us via email and we can find an alternative shipping method such as Australia Post. We will have a tracking number attached with these as well. Please be kind to our team as we do not have control over the delivery time-frames and are always happy to go above and beyond for our customers to find out what has occurred with your package.

Shipping Times
All orders will be shipped as top priority with Sendle and Australia Post Shipping Services. However, once we have shipped we dont have control over Sendles and Australia Posts timeframe of shipment.
Five Senses will be going by the estimate delivery time-frames that Sendle and Australia Post provides and has no control over any delay of shipment once your order is shipped. We unfortunately will not provide a refund on delayed shipment issues but will ensure to assist with opening an investigation and reaching out to the courier services to locate the status of sent order.
International Shipping
Shipping times can unfortunately sometimes take longer then usual especially for orders outside of Australia. Once your order is shipped, we unfortunately have no control over how long it takes for the package to get to you. We can only go by what the actual shipping companies provided time-frames are. We will be providing tracking information and we recommend checking in with your tracking number/notifications and Sendle. We unfortunately do not offer refunds on delayed packages as the delivery of the package is with the courier/delivery services. If you find we dont ship to you, reach out to us and we can organise this for you, you will be given a quote with the shipping, once payment is made these will be shipped out as soon as possible during operating business hours.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will change accordingly at any time with any change that has occurred with the courier companies and services. Shipping costs can be seen through purchasing any of the products during checkout.
Customs Restrictions
We are currently shipping internationally however we suggest that you check in with your local customs agency for any potential rules or regulations that may be in place restricting any form of products.
Five Senses is not responsible for any cessation of any packages by your local customs due to customer non-compliance with any evident rules and regulations that are in place. A refund under these circumstances will not be offered or processed.
Custom Fees
Our international shipping costs do not cover any Custom Clearance Fees, Import of Goods Fees, Duties or Taxes as per your local regulations/rules or laws. These may be calculated and charged in accordance with your local customs services/agency once shipment has arrived in your country.
Depending on your location and local custom rules and regulations you may need to pay a customs fee when receiving your package.
We would advise to check in with your your local customs rules and regulations prior to purchasing.
