Returns Policy for Five Senses
At Five Senses, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality skincare products that meet their needs and expectations. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Returns Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 7 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging and not damaged in any way. We will be providing pictures of your packaging being done so we would expect it returned in the same condition and unopened. If seal is broken, you will unfortunately not qualify for a return as these are personal care and use products.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Five Senses. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them for their return policy. Please ensure that you have a email confirmation or order number for your purchase.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at FiveSensesCustomerService@gmail.com and we will get back to you at our earliest availability. We will ensure we attend to you in a timely manner. Please be patient with us due to high number of inquiries and we would appreciate the understanding as our team works really hard to provide the best care and service.
- Please Keep in mind that if you choose to return an item, you will have to pay for return shipping. This can be organised by our customer representative who can provide you with details on return shipping payment process with link to securely pay.
- Once you have received instructions to your return please securely pack the sent package the item(s) and include the details as per instructions provided by the customer service representative.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment post arrival of package and after the returned item(s) are inspected. A customer service representative will get in touch with you as soon as possible with organizing your refund and you will also receive a email confirmation.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Please keep in mind we will be taking pictures of packages prior to postage to their destinations and images will be attached.
4. Allergic Reactions:
- Our skincare products are formulated with natural ingredients and are rigorously tested for safety and efficacy. However, we understand that individuals may have sensitivities or allergies to certain ingredients.
- We strongly recommend that customers review the list of ingredients provided on each product's packaging and our website before making a purchase.
- In the event of an allergic reaction, please discontinue use of the product immediately and consult with a healthcare professional.
- We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for allergic reactions to our products, as all ingredients are clearly disclosed and advertised.
- Five Senses does not take any liability if you have purchased the product and developed an allergy as the ingredients are advertised therefore please read the list of ingredients prior to purchase and use. By purchasing the product you have agreed to have read the ingredients list and purchased the products willingly.
5. Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
- We may require photo evidence of the defect or damage to process a replacement or refund post inspection.
- For return please be aware that you will be required to pay for return shipping.
6. No Change of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully as Five Senses does not accept return of goods because of change of mind or picked the wrong product.
